What to expect at the Apple September event 2022?
To make the 10th anniversary a historic one, Apple presented us with an astonishing form factor with iPhone X. I Can’t believe it’s already been 5 years! While Apple has made incremental changes over these years, the design language remained more or less the same.
The notch has been around a few years now, not that it bothers me much, but the change is always appreciated. And while rumors about iPhone 14 will be bidding the notch adieu, I won’t believe it until Apple’s presentation on 7th September.
Notably, the Far Out event will introduce not just iPhone 14 but a host of other Apple devices; let’s check the list out once.
As the leaks suggest, the 14 series would be devised into iPhone 14, iPhone 14 Max, iPhone 14 Pro, and iPhone 14 Pro Max. The Mini lineup is going to be discontinued, unfortunately.
The satellite connectivity feature is also rumored to be true for the 14 lineups, and we might see Apple’s implementation for Astrophotography.
Apple Watch Series 8 and SE
Seems like the Series 8 will sport the highly anticipated flat edges. A new temperature sensor would also be the icing on the cake with new and improved health tracking. Feasibly, Apple Watch SE could get a refresh, and we can also expect an updated chipset for the Series 8.
Redesigned iPad
The design revamp of the regular iPad is long overdue, and we anticipate Apple will most likely facelift it marking the launch of the 10th gen iPad. As per the rumors, the position of the facetime camera and TouchID will also be tweaked this time.
Maybe a VR headset?
It might sound overexerting, but maybe the event name “Far Out” indicates VR headset? But following the guessing game before almost all recent Apple events, it sounds like it!
Public release of iOS 16
The September event will also mark the official public release of iOS 16 or the announcement of it. Notably, iPadOS 16 and macOS Ventura are most likely shifted towards the fall.
