After competing in men’s ski pants at the 2018 winter olympics, Halfdays co-founder Kiley had enough of the “unisex” fits truly meant for men. Tired of the shrink-it-and-pink-it mindset, ill-fitting silhouettes and unapproachability of legacy brands, Kiley came together with Ariana and Karelle to launch Halfdays with the goal of disrupting a male-dominated outdoor industry.
Halfdays is building a welcoming outdoors for women, shaking off the intensity of traditional outdoor brands and inviting women to embrace the outdoors on their own terms, in joyful palettes and flattering fits made from stylish, functional materials. After launching with skiwear, we’ve expanded into trail and everyday outdoor, taking our offering to women everywhere eager to blaze new trails without ever sacrificing on style or performance.

The only thing *that deep* about skiing should be fresh powder. We’re on a mission to bring more women to the mountain and break down the barriers to entry in a sport that can be not-so-accessible for everyone. From nation-wide mountain meetups for all levels, to developing one of the most inclusive size ranges available in women’s ski wear – we’re welcoming everyone to the mountain, and we’re having a good time doing it.
